Apartments for week rentals from Saturday 5:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am. We request a deposit of € 500 per apartment.
All reservations will be considered final upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of your stay. The rental balance is payable one month prior to arrival.
The apartment allocations are made in the order the requests are received and are subject to availability. All special offers are valid subject to availability and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
When cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
When cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be retained.
When cancelled less than 8 days prior to arrival, the entire stay will be charged.
In the event of an early departure, no refund will be made.
In the case of special offers, the cancellation conditions are subject to change.
In accordance with L 156-1 of the Consumer Code (French law), and in the event of a dispute relating to these terms and conditions, customers are informed by la Résidence du Bailli of the possibility of recourse to a conventional mediation procedure or to any alternative method of dispute settlement : MTV – MEDIATION TOURISME ET VOYAGE.
Guests should first contact customer services of the residence to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If no amicable settlement is reached within 60 days, guests can contact the Mediator for Travel and Tourism on the following website: www.mtv.travel.
