The Hotel Le Bailli de Suffren adjoining La Résidence offers 3 restaurants:
Le Loup de Mer : A delicious address facing the sea, where you can enjoy Mediterranean cuisine in the evening, generous, local and refined. A menu with land and sea flavours.
Service: 7:30 p.m. – 10 p.m. From May 3 to October 11, 2025.
L’Escale : Located on Rayol beach, the Escale beach restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy a sunny lunch or dinner. Whether raw, marinated or grilled, the fish is the star of L’Escale.
Lunch: 12:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. From May 8 to October 11, 2025.
Dinner: 7.30 p.m. – 10 p.m. From June 13 to September 13, 2025.
The Pool House : Located around the pool of the Hotel Bailli de Suffren, you can enjoy gourmet salads and grilled meats over a wood fire.
Service: 12:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. From May 4 to October 5, 2025.
